War ja klar, dass das kommt: Die CDU hat sich offensichtlich die französische Three Strikes-Strategie ins Wahlprogramm geschrieben, so lese ich jedenfalls diesen Satz auf einem Artikel auf spOnline: „Die Internet-Zugänge sollen bei Rechtsverstößen notfalls gesperrt werden.“ Das wird kommen und genau wie in Frankreich vom BVG kassiert werden, jede Wette. Die gleiche Headline hatte ich schonmal vor rund 2 Jahren, damals wurde Jammie Thomas von einem Gericht zu einem Schadensersatz von 222000 Dollar verurteilt für 24 (!) getauschte Songs, was einen Betrag von 9250 Dollar pro Song ausmacht. Damals schon eine ziemliche Frechheit und sie ging natürlich in Berufung. Good news everyone, sie wurde erneut verurteilt. Und soll nun $1,92 Millionen Dollar an die RIAA zahlen. Für 24 Songs. Das macht 80.000$ pro Song und aus der RIAA die Record Industry Associastion of Assholes. (Youtube Direktgalaxy) Stag Films aus Los Angeles machen Filme aus alten Z-Filmen, die nie für das amerikanische Copyright angemeldet wurden (großer Unterschied zum deutschen Urheberrecht übrigens), dabei kommt dann so herrlicher Quatsch wie „President Wolfman“ und „Sex Galaxy“ (Myspace) heraus.
